Product Overview

The 2N6405G is a 3-pin Reverse Blocking Thyristor for half-wave AC control applications, such as wherever solid-state devices are needed. The 2N6400 series thyristor has glass passivated junctions with centre gate geometry for greater parameter uniformity and stability.
