Product Overview

The C106D1G is a 3-pin sensitive-gate Reverse Blocking Thyristor for high volume consumer applications such as temperature and speed control, process and remote control and warning systems where reliability of operation is important. The C106 series SCR has glassivated surface for reliability and uniformity.
