Product Overview

The MCR106-8G is a 3-pin sensitive-gate Reverse Blocking Thyristor for high volume consumer applications such as temperature and speed control, process and remote control and warning systems where reliability of operation is important. The SCR has glass-passivated surface for reliability and uniformity.
