Bit:Bot PRO Robot for micro:bit - BIT:BOT PRO

The Bit:Bot is an intelligent robot for the micro:bit and serves as a fantastic introduction to robotics and coding. Featuring an onboard processor and hall effect sensors on each wheel, the Bit:Bot PRO moves more accurately than ever before! The Bit:Bot PRO comes fully assembled and utilises the same outline and dimensions as the previous XL robot, but with more mounting points for DIY accessories. The newly updated Makecode extension enables easy use of all features and is backwards compatible.

• Chunky, grippy wheels for excellent grip and range of movement
• 2 Intelligent motors with wheel sensors, giving 100 pulses per cm for accuracy
• 3 Analogue/Digital line following sensors with adjustable detection points
• 2 Analogue light sensors so the Bit:Bot can be programmed to follow a light source
• 12 Smart RGB FireLeds that are fully programmable (Six along earch arm)
• Miniature speaker with adjustable volume and tone
• Buzzer is controlled directly from the micro:bit Music blocks for flexibility and can play music
• The updated Bit:Bot Makecode extension works with all versions of Bit:Bot (Classic, XL and the BitBot PRO)
• Built-in InfraRed receiver allows for simple remote control (remote keypad not included)
• Multifunction expansion connector at the front supports various additional sensors
• Interfaces for two servos, I2C and various micro:bit pins
• Pen holder is fitted as standard for drawing
• Integrated 3x AA battery holder with on/off switch (batteries not included)
• Recommended for ages 7 and up
