Domestic Products
Machines carry a 2 year manufactures warranty. Consumables carry a 6 month manufactures warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty can be called upon by end customers from day one directly with Nilfisk.

Note: Any Consumer product purchased by a business and or used for commercial purposes will not by covered by Nilfisk’s warranty, as it is strictly Domestic use only.
Professional Products
The warranty period for professional machines is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase.
If customers encounter any problems, they should contact sales.uk@nilfisk.com with the following information.
• Proof of purchase
• Contact details
• A detailed description of the fault
• An image of the machines serial number plate
This will then trigger a case with Nilfisk’s customer service team, who will contact the customer to discuss the fault/return.
