We will always aim to prepare your order as quickly as possible. 99.5% of orders are ready within 1 hour. There may be times where we are experiencing a high volume of Click & Collect orders; in which case we will endeavour to notify you should we be unable to fulfil your order within 1 hour.

Absolutely – as long as they have the order reference then they can collect on your behalf. The person you nominate for collection must pay for the order on collection.

Note: Age restricted products can only be collected by the person who placed the order.

Yes, you can add more items to your order when you come to collect your order. Just ask our friendly Sales Counter staff who will assist you with this upon collection.

We will hold your order for 7 days. If you do not collect your order in this timeframe, we will return your order to our warehouse.

If your Click & Collect order contains Age Restricted products, this must be collected by the person who placed the order. Valid photo I.D. must also be presented when collecting these items.
