CPC Voucher Code Discount - Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion will run until the time and date advertised. Any orders placed after this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
  2. For online purchases only. To benefit from this promotion, add the applicable voucher code to your shopping basket at the checkout screen on https://cpc.farnell.com.
  3. A minimum spend threshold may apply depending on the promotional offer.
  4. A valid CPC account may be required to redeem this offer.
  5. Only one voucher can be used per order, per account.
  6. The voucher code is only available for use against standard web price.
  7. Product and brand exclusions may apply depending on the promotional offer.
  8. Voucher will only be applied to a maximum of 10 units per line which qualify for the promotion.
  9. Voucher codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or transferred to any third party.
  10. If your voucher value exceeds the order value against which you redeem it, no change can be given.
  11. Voucher value is 0.001p.
  12. Voucher can only be redeemed against the product value ex. VAT and delivery.
  13. The discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with or redeemed against any other discount, offer or pricing agreement/plan. No cash alternative is available, and a retrospective credit note or deduction from the final goods value is not permissible.
  14. The discount voucher cannot be used on any product subject to a long lead time (voucher codes can only be redeemed against products in stock at the time of purchase) or products with limited availability due to market conditions.
  15. No responsibility will be accepted in case of technical errors or issues related to applying a discount voucher.
  16. The sale and delivery of any products purchased using a discount voucher under this Promotion are subject to CPC's terms of purchase.
  17. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Terms or extend the period of this Promotion at any time as necessary due to internal commercial reasons or due to legal requirements. We will not be liable for any such withdrawal or change to the Terms. You are recommended to print and keep a copy of these terms and conditions.
  18. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or void any voucher code that we reasonably believe has been obtained, used or redeemed fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  19. Participants agree to be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or other charges payable in relation to the Promotion. All qualifying Spend amounts exclude VAT or other applicable indirect taxes which must be settled separately.
  20. Without limiting the generality of the preceding statement, we hereby exclude all and any liability arising out of the Promotion to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability under the Terms in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence or liability for bodily injury, health or death arising from its negligence, or for any matter in relation to which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude liability under applicable law.

  24. The discount voucher cannot be added to the order when the order has already been processed, and/or dispatched.

Public Sector Customers or Customers from the government or government-related organisations are not eligible to join this promotion unless they have received permission from the competent authority. It is your responsibility to get any consents or permissions which your business requires to allow you to take part in this Promotion or redeem the discount under it. We reserve the right to exclude anyone from taking part in this Promotion.
