Product Overview
The Startech AX54005A-USB-WIFI-6E is a WiFi 6E USB adaptor for desktop and laptop PC systems. Easily add 802.11ax WiFi connectivity to a computer via USB with tri-band support for 2.4/5/6GHz frequencies, enabling high-speed & low-latency wireless communication. The adaptor also includes a freestanding USB magnetic base with a 1.1m cable that allows flexible placement of the WiFi adaptor for optimal signal reception and reduced interference.
- Requires Windows 11 & a WiFi 6E router for 6GHz (802.11ax) functionality
- OFDMA & MU-MIMO optimise network performance, reduce latency and increase data transfer efficiency
- 2.4 to 6GHz frequency, DBPSK, DQPSK, CCK, OFDM, 256QAM, and 1024QAM modulation
- Built on the Realtek RTL8832CU chipset ID, with USB-A interface
- Supports WPA3 for enhanced personal password protection, backward compatible with WPA2
