ARCADE Handheld Gaming Platform for micro:bit V2 & MakeCode Arcade - 56116

The Kitronik 56116 ARCADE is a handheld gaming platform that takes advantage of the latest micro:bit hardware to teach you how to program and create fun games with the Microsoft MakeCode Arcade game editor. Similar to the MakeCode editor, the Arcade editor provides a simple drag and drop interface for creating code. The editor also provides several step-by-step tutorials that have been created to show how easy it is to create fun playable games. Access a wealth of information on the MakeCode Arcade website for guided tutorials, coding examples and printable resources. The ARCADE board is equipped with a full colour display, D-pad & action buttons and five pads for connecting additional switches or devices that can be used to expand your experience with custom additions. The ARCADE is powered by 3x AA batteries, with the battery holders located on the rear of the PCB. The battery holders also act as an ergonomic grip that makes it very comfortable to use.
