It's really easy, and you can leave your feedback at any point. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to your account from any device.
  2. Find the product you've purchased and want to review by either (i) checking your Order History, or (ii) using the Search Bar to find the product page.
  3. Click the "write a review" link (usually to the right of the product image) and start your review.

Remember, product reviews need to focus on your experience with the product being reviewed. For general feedback about customer service or your overall experience, leave a CPC review.

Your review, good or bad, will usually be published on the CPC website within 3 days. This is because all CPC product reviews are moderated and authenticated by Bazaarvoice, which is an impartial industry leader that handles over 700 million reviews each month for some of the world's leading brands.

Although there is no prejudice shown towards poor reviews scores, in order to ensure good quality, helpful and informative product reviews, Bazaarvoice moderators will not publish none product focused reviews (e.g. those relating to customer service), any inappropriate and abusive comments or spam.

It goes without saying that you can only really write a good review if you've purchased the product and had some 'hands on' time to evaluate it properly. To make your review as helpful as possible, always check the following:

  1. Is it relevant? Keep it focused on the product and your experience with it. If you have a service or shipping issue please contact us separately here.
  2. Is it balanced? Be sure to comment on the good and bad – think about quality, performance, functionality - and be constructive.
  3. Is it helpful? Why not include images and video to support your review? Is it good value for money? Would you be happy to buy it again or recommend it?
  1. This Free Prize Draw campaign "the Campaign" is run by CPC (Premier Farnell UK)
  2. By entering into this Campaign, all entrants ("Entrants") will be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Entrants are advised to print and keep safe a copy of the Terms. CPC reserves the right to revise the Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on cpc.co.uk and it is a condition of entry to the Campaign that Entrants agree to comply with such amendments from time to time.
  3. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Campaign.
  4. In order to enter this Campaign. Campaign Entrants must:
    • For General and Service review, entrants must hold an active CPC account or be registered with cpc.co.uk
    • For Product Reviews, entrants must have used or experienced the product(s) to which the associated review is submitted, using their registered log-in and account on the CPC website
    • Only one published customer review entry per product will be entered into the prize draw. If a customer submits three reviews against three different used products, all three reviews will be entered into the prize draw
    • Reviews that are not published through failure to follow the provided review guidelines (e.g. not being directly related to the product in the case of Product Reviews, use of abusive language etc), will not be entered into the prize draw.
    • Be 18 years of age or older at the date of submission of your entry
    • Not be an employee, officer or director or member of the direct family (including partners, siblings, spouse, parent, children, step parent or step child) of an employee, officer or director of any company which is a member of the Premier Farnell group or anyone associated with the running of this Campaign. Export distributors and their employees and representatives are not eligible to enter the Campaign
    • Agree on the Terms
    • Comply with all other requirements of these Terms
    • Agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms
    • Give permission for CPC to use your review in part or in full for future marketing purposes to promote the reviewed item.
    • Give permission for CPC to contact you by email or telephone in order to send marketing and product information, including information on related products
  5. The Campaign will include:
    • A £50 ex vat voucher code for use against a future CPC order
  6. The random draw will be held during the first week of the quarter. All qualifying published reviews received in the quarter prior to this (or after the last random draw) will be considered.
  7. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are not received for any reason.
  8. CPC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The winners will be notified by email and be provided with a one-time use £50 ex vat voucher code for use against a order. If an email address is unavailable, CPC will endeavour to contact the winner by telephone
  10. Details of the winners will not be available by writing
  11. CPC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before any prizes are issued and may require proof of identification and age. If CPC suspects fraud or misconduct, or if it is discovered that an Entrant has failed to comply with the eligibility requirements set out in the Terms then the prize may be withheld or withdrawn or another prize winner may be selected.
  12. CPC takes Entrants privacy seriously. The personal information it obtains as a result of this Campaign will not be sold to third parties but will be used solely for the purposes of this Campaign, for its own customer research, business development and statistical purposes and to promote CPC's business services and products.   13. The Campaign is non-negotiable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  14. CPC reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Campaign or extend the period of participation as necessary due to circumstances outside of its reasonable control. CPC will not be liable for any such withdrawal or change to the Campaign.
  15. Entrants agree to be responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or other charges payable in relation to the Campaign
  16. Entrants shall not be permitted to enter the Campaign if by entering into it they may cause CPC and/or themselves to be in breach of any agreement (including but not limited to any rule having the force of law to which CPC or the entrant may be subject. CPC reserves the right to disqualify any entry made in breach of this condition.
  17. CPC respects the policies of employers which forbid the acceptance of such Campaign by their employees.
  18. This Campaign and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Draw.
