The LJBR4 Jelly Crimp Connector is a compact, moisture-resistant solution for connecting two or three solid or stranded core mains wires. Designed for use in aerial, buried, and underground installations, it ensures reliable performance even in harsh environmental conditions. Ideal for lighting installations, signage, fixtures, and even lawnmowers—anywhere a secure, weatherproof electrical connection is needed.
  • Suitable for use in aerial, buried, and underground locations
  • Voltage rating: 240V AC
  • Current rating: Up to 15A
  • Wire compatibility: 0.5mm to 1.5mm copper or copper-clad cables (22–14 AWG)
  • Maximum insulation diameter: 3.5mm
  • Connection type: Insulation Displacement Connector (IDC) – no need to strip insulation
  • Filled with synthetic dimethyl silicone fluid for total environmental sealing
  • Moisture-resistant compound ensures long-term reliability
  • Operating temperature: -30°C to +70°C
  • Humidity tolerance: 0% to 95%
  • Plastic housing: Flame-retardant nylon (blue lid, white base)
  • Contact pins: Brass with tin plating
  • Gel compound: Non-toxic, dermatologically safe synthetic silicone
