Product Overview

TB400 is a portable turbidity meter that tests water, food, beverages, and other aqueous solutions. Meter comes complete with all the accessories to conveniently test the turbidity of municipal water, food and beverage water, and other aqueous solutions where fluid clarity is important. Portable design allows user to take measurement on-site instead of bringing solution back to the lab.
  • Microprocessor-based circuitry assures high accuracy and repeatable readings
  • Requires only a 10mL sample size, 2-point calibration
  • Splash-proof front panel, battery operated for field and on-site testing
  • Data hold and min./max. record/recall, auto power off
  • Contact Extech or your local lab supply for refills on the standard solution
  • LED, 850nm light source, 10 seconds response time
  • 0.00 to 50.00 NTU, 50 to 1000 NTU turbidity
  • Turbidity basic accuracy is ±5% FS or ±0.5 NTU, whichever is greater
  • 0.01 NTU turbidity max. resolution
  • Supplied with 2x 10ml test bottles and 6x AAA batteries
  • 2-year warranty
