Product Overview
- Convenient pocket-sized, battery powered proving unit that produces a 240Vdc output
- Proves voltage indicators before and after use, in order to follow safe electrical working practices
- Current limited to 3.5mA
- Suitable for neon voltage indicators & other indicators with input impedance greater than 120kΩ
- Actuated by microswitch when probes are inserted into the probe apertures on front face
- The Indicator LED adjacent to probe apertures shows when unit is powered
- Switch-mode electronics ensure long battery life
- Flush-mounted pocket clip permits stable bench use when desired
