Product Overview

Developed by Polymaker, Fiberon™ PA6-CF20 is a Nylon (PA6) filament reinforced with 20% carbon fibre. The carbon fibre blend provides improved stiffness, strength and heat resistance as well as outstanding layer adhesion. Good chemical resistance also means that prints are suitable for use in chemically aggressive environments.

  • Fibre Adhesion™ technology ensures strong bonding and cohesive prints
  • Withstands temperatures up to 215°C, suitable for applications with high thermal loads
  • Suitable for printing speeds up to 300mm/s
  • Printing Temperature: 280°C - 300°C
  • Recommended Bed Temperature: 40°C - 50°C
  • 0.5kg Weight, supplied on cardboard spool
  • Spool Dimensions (Dia.xW): 200x65.6mm, 55mm inner hole diameter

Note: Abrasion of the brass nozzle happens frequently when printing Fiberon™ PA6-CF20. A wear-resistance nozzle, such as hardened steel and ruby nozzle, is highly recommended to be used with Fiberon™ PA6-CF20.
