The TPS22860 is a small, ultra-low leakage current single channel load switch. The device requires a V (Bias) voltage and can operate over an input voltage range of 0V to V (Bias). It can support a maximum controlled by an on/off input (ON), which is capable of interfacing directly with low-voltage control signals.

  • Bias voltage range (V BIAS): 1.65V to 5.5V
  • Input Voltage Range: 0V to V BIAS
  • Maximum continuous switch current: 200mA
