Product Overview

U3606B is a multimeter / DC power supply, a full-featured digital multimeter (DMM) with a built-in 30W power supply unit. This hybrid multimeter and DC power supply measures voltage and current simultaneously enabling you to perform two test functions within the same uni. offering a compact footprint enabling you to get work done faster and easier. The U3606B is carefully thought out for convenience and ease when operating. This device offers ramp and scan function to simplify device characterization for multilevel DC bias testing, square wave output with selectable frequencies up to 4.8KHz, variable duty cycles, and amplitudes for digital circuit troubleshooting and built-in remote sensing to help ensure accurate supply at load end.
  • Full-featured 120,000 counts resolution DMM and a 30W DC power supply in one box
  • 10 measurement function including 4-wire milliohm, 8 math functions, up to 0.025% basic DCV accuracy
  • OVP and OCP for load protection
  • Ramp and scan function, and built in square-wave output
  • Multiple connectivity such as GPIB, USB 2.0 ports to provide flexible, robust remote PC connection
  • Securable via Kensington lock
  • 5 ½ digits of resolution and highly visible vacuum-fluorescent display (VFD)
  • Benchtop form factor and dimension is 226 x 105 x 334mm (with rubber bumpers)
  • 26 reading/s max reading speed
  • Power supply: universal 100VAC to 240VAC ±10% and 150VA maximum power consumption
