Product Overview

AP2210N-3.3TRG1 is a 300mA ULDO regulator that provides very low noise, ultra-low dropout voltage (typically 250mV at 300mA), very low standby current (1µA maximum), and excellent power supply ripple rejection (PSRR 75dB at 100Hz). This device is used in battery-powered applications, such as handsets and PDAs, and in noise-sensitive applications, such as RF electronics. It also features individual logic-compatible enable/shutdown control inputs, a low-power shutdown mode for extended battery life, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and reverse current protection. Applications include cellular phones, cordless phones, wireless communicators, PDAs/palmtops, PC motherboards, and consumer electronics.
  • Excellent ESR stability, low standby current
  • Tight load and line regulation, low temperature coefficient
  • Reverse current protection, logic-controlled enable
  • Output voltage accuracy is 1% max (variation from specified VOUT)
  • Output voltage temperature coefficient is 120µV/°C typ at -40°C ≤ TJ ≤ +125°C
  • Dropout voltage is 70mV max at IOUT=100µA, -40°C ≤ TJ ≤ +125°C
  • Standby current is 0.01µA typ at VEN ≤ 0.4V (shutdown)
  • Output noise is 260nV/√Hz typ at IOUT=50mA, COUT=2.2µF, 100pF from BYP to GND
  • 3.3V fixed output
  • SOT-23-3 package, -40°C to +85°C temperature range
