Product Overview
’Output’ is a thermally conductive adhesive which cures rapidly at room temperature. It is designed for bonding electronic components to heat sinks or PCBs. The high thermal conductivity provides excellent heat dissipation. The self-shimming property produces a consistent 0.15mm film of adhesive, providing electrical insulation while the controlled strength permits repairs
