Product Overview

NC7WZ07P6X is a TinyLogic UHS dual buffer with open-drain outputs. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate over a very broad VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65V to 5.5V VCC range. The inputs and outputs are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 5.5V independent of VCC operating voltage.
  • Propagation delay is 2.3ns typ (TA = +25°C, CL = 50 pF, RU = 500 ohm, RD = 500 ohm, VI = 2 x VCC)
  • High IOL output drive is ±24mA at 3V VCC
  • Supply voltage operating range from 1.65 to 5.5V
  • Power down high-impedance inputs / outputs
  • Over-Voltage Tolerance Inputs Facilitate 5V to 3V Translation
  • Proprietary noise / EMI reduction circuitry
  • Ultra-Small MicroPak™ Packages
  • Quiescent supply current is 1µA max (VIN = 5.5V, GND, TA = +25°C)
  • Power dissipation capacitance is 3pF typ (TA = +25°C)
  • SC-88 package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
