Product Overview

Make sure all of your food is cooked to perfection with the St. Helens digital thermometer. Using a meat thermometer is the only way to accurately tell if your food is cooked, it also helps to prevent over-cooking. To be safe, foods such as meat and poultry must be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature to destroy any harmful organisms that may be in the food.
  • Preset with eight different types of food - Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Veal, Ham, Pork, Turkey, and Fish
  • Five types of taste option - Done, Well, Medium, Medium Rare, and Rare
  • Can also be used in beer, jam, and bread making
  • Extremely easy to use, simply insert the probe into food as it cooks and wait for the temperature reading to settle
  • Temperature can be displayed in °C or °F
  • Can be set with a certain temperature and when your food reaches that temperature it will beep
  • Has two magnets on the back so that it can be stored permanently on the front of a fridge or other steel surface
  • Retractable stand and timer mode
  • Temperature range: -20°C to +300°C
