Product Overview

C2012X5R1E475K125AB is a C series multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. It is a surface-mounted component, which multilayer dielectrics and inner electrodes are stacked alternately. The monolithic structure ensures superior mechanical strength and high reliability. Also, outstanding frequency characteristics such as low ESR and low ESL is provided owing to the simpler structure than other capacitors. The lineup has been expanding to a range of the film capacitor and electrolytic capacitor. Application includes general electronic equipment, mobile devices, servers, PCs, tablets, power supply circuit.
  • Superior mechanical strength and high reliability due to the monolithic structure
  • Low self-heating value and high resistance to ripple on account of the low ESR, no polarity
  • Temperature coefficient or capacitance change is ±15% (-55 to +85°C)
  • 25VDC rated voltage, 4.7µF capacitance, ±10% capacitance tolerance, 0805 [2012 Metric] size
  • 2.00mm length, 1.25mm width, 0.20mm terminal width, 1.25mm thickness
