Product Overview

C3216X7R1H106K160AE is a C series commercial grade, soft termination multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. This product incorporates a conductive resin layer into the terminal electrodes. The resin layer protects the ceramic body from cracks by relieving stress caused by thermal shock and board flexure. Applications include fail-safe design in power line, prevention of ceramic body cracks by board bending, prevention of solder cracks by thermal shock, equipment such as mobile devices having a high possibility of drop.
  • Resin layer relieves mechanical stress and thermal shock
  • X7R(±15%) temperature characteristic, 50VDC rated voltage
  • Capacitance tolerance is ±10%, capacitance is 10µF
  • 5% max dissipation factor, 50Mohm insulation resistance
  • 3.20+0.40,-0.20mm length, 1.60+0.30,-0.20mm width, 1.60+0.30,-0.20mm thickness
  • Temperature range from -55 to +125°C
