Product Overview

LM393ADR is an industrial grade, precision dual differential comparator. This device consists of two independent voltage comparators that are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. Operation from dual supplies also is possible as long as the difference between the two supplies is 2 V to 36 V, and VCC is at least 1.5 V more positive than the input common-mode voltage. Current drain is independent of the supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achieve wired-AND relationships.
  • Wide supply voltage range from 2V to 30V
  • Low output saturation voltage
  • Output compatible with TTL, MOS, and CMOS
  • 4mV max Input offset voltage at full range, VCC = 5V to 30V, VO = 1.4V, VIC = VICR(min)
  • 1000V ESD (HBM)
  • 150nA max input offset current at full range, VO = 1.4V
  • Input bias current of -400nA max at full range, VO = 1.4V
  • 2.5mA max supply current at VCC = 30V full range
  • 8 pin SOIC package
  • Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
