The compact Leofoto BV-1R Fluid video head is a user-friendly tripod head for demanding birdwatchers and nature filmers. This fluid-damped video head has two panorama plates for 360° rotation. The BV-1R can be combined with any tripod with a 3/8-inch tripod screw. This makes the BV-1R the ideal lightweight tripod head for use on compact tripods with a leveling base, for example. The control arm allows you to shoot smoothly or follow a moving subject with ease. The BV-1R video head is made of aircraft aluminium and is black anodised to ensure high durability. The BV-1R is CNC machined from black anodised aircraft aluminium, making this fluid-damped video head extremely lightweight. With only 433 grams and a load capacity of up to 3 kg static weight, this is an ideal head for bird spotters and nature filmers, for example. This tripod head can be used with virtually any spotting scope, DSLR and system camera. The head has two built-in spirit levels for easy leveling. With the 60mm long NP-60 Arca Swiss quick release plate, the camera or spotting scope is perfectly aligned. The long control arm of the BV-1R video head makes it easy to create calm and smooth tracking movements. The fluid cushioning of the head prevents shaky images. The arm handle is covered in soft rubber foam to prevent cold hands in winter weather. The fluid head can tilt a maximum of 90° forward and 75° backward. In addition, the BV-1R video head can rotate 360° on its axis thanks to its two different panorama plates. The fine degree scale on the 46 mm wide base plate makes panorama work easy. The degree of friction is adjustable by means of a large user-friendly rotary knob.
